By using Northern BinGo Services, you agree to the following:

  • We provide bin pickup and return services from the curb or your garage.

  • If you provide garage access codes, they are kept confidential and securely stored.

  • Our staff will not touch or move anything in your garage except your trash and recycling bins.

  • You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to bins on service days.

  • Payment is processed through our secure system.

  • You may update or remove your access codes or cancel service at any time.

  • Northern BinGo Services is not responsible for damages caused by weather, animals, or municipal waste collectors.

  • We reserve the right to update policies and notify customers of changes.

2. FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS / LIABILITY WAIVER

Company: Northern BinGo Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”)

1. Service Description

Northern BinGo Services provides residential bin management services, including:

  • Moving waste and recycling bins from garage or storage area to the curb

  • Returning bins to the garage or designated area after municipal collection

Services may vary based on customer location and schedule.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, address, and access information

  • Ensure safe, unobstructed access to bins

  • Secure pets during service times

  • Confirm bins contain only waste permitted by local collection authorities

  • Maintain bins in usable condition

3. Property Access

If the customer provides garage codes, gate codes, or entry instructions:

  • Codes are encrypted and only used to access bins

  • Staff will only handle waste and recycling bins—no other personal items

  • Customer agrees Northern BinGo Services is permitted to enter the garage solely for bin retrieval and return

  • Customer must notify us immediately if codes change

4. Limitations of Liability

Northern BinGo Services is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by city waste collectors

  • Weather-related incidents (wind, storms, etc.)

  • Animals, wildlife, or vandalism

  • Overflowing bins or waste not placed properly by the customer

  • Pre-existing damage to bins or property

  • Issues arising from incorrect access codes or blocked access

We are responsible only for negligent actions directly caused by our staff during service.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Customers agree to pay for services according to their selected plan

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers

  • Service may be paused or canceled for non-payment

  • No refunds for missed services caused by weather, blocked access, incorrect codes, or municipal cancellation

6. Cancellations & Changes Customers may:

  • Cancel service at any time

  • Change their plan or address

  • Update or remove garage access codes

We may pause or cancel service for safety concerns or repeated access issues.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All personal information, including access codes, is stored securely

  • We do not sell or share customer information

  • Codes are used only for completing bin service

8. Service Refusal

Northern BinGo Services reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • Access is unsafe or obstructed

  • Customer instructions violate local laws

  • Waste contains prohibited items

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. WEBSITE FAQ (Professional & Customer-Friendly)

Q1: What does Northern BinGo Services do?

We move your trash and recycling bins from the garage or storage area to the curb on collection day and return them after pickup.

Q2: Do you access my garage?

Only if you choose. If you provide a garage code, we enter only to retrieve your bins—nothing else.

Q3: Will you touch anything in my garage?

No. Our team will not open, move, or handle any personal items. We only touch the bins.

Q4: How are my access codes stored?

All garage or gate codes are encrypted, confidential, and accessible only to authorized staff performing your service.

Q5: What if my code changes?

Just contact us. We will update or remove your access information immediately.

Q6: What happens if my bins aren’t out on time?

If we cannot access your bins due to a locked garage, blocked path, pets, wrong code, etc., we will notify you. Missed services due to access issues are not refundable.

Q7: Do you offer curbside-only service?

Yes. If your bins are placed at the curb, we can return them after collection without entering your property.

Q8: Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause service whenever you like.

Q9: Are you insured?

Yes. Northern BinGo Services is fully insured for operational liability during service.
